The mattress was too firm and it would have been nice to have a comfortable reading chair in the room. The sink drain was extremely slow. The toiletries are not great quality, especially the soap. Leaves a terrible film on the skin.

This is a beautiful property. I chose specifically because it doesn’t allow animals.(a barking dog @ a different hotel near this one) It’s clean & conveniently located. There’s lots of restaurants up the road. Only a short drive to Banff hot springs!
