Room was clean and spacious but very hot and no hot water for shower in the morning. Wifi connection was horrible. But art was nice and nice to be greeted with complimentary wine bottle in the room. Enjoyed the upscale toiletries.

Staff was good. Parking included. Breakfast was average. Pricing was market value but it's very, very high. A one night stay here is over $200-250 a night but this is not a 4+ star hotel. It's not the banff springs hotel. We would have stayed longer but the price was too high.

Clean and nice room with balcony and fireplace with microwave and fridge. Big dispensers of organic shampoo, conditioner and body wash, lotion and hand soap with high quality that I like.Comfy bed and pillows. The kids love the slide and pool :(. Breakfast was yummy and plenty of.choices, except for the hash brown that was firm with sturdy crust. Cool balcony mountain view :). Highly recommended, will definitely book again soon :)

The room was showing its age but clean overall. Limited parking - if there isn't a spot you have to take your chances and park in the limited hours parking on street. Laundry facilities took forever for the dryer specifically. Pool area great for kids but not relaxing for adults. Both vending machines were out of order during our stay. Water refill station lobby would be a great addition as well as adult only hours for pool.

The room itself was ok, when we got to our room we found that there was absolutely no towels washcloths in the bathroom. Whens we called the front desk they wanted to know how many ŵe wanted and they would bring them, they showed up with extra bed lienens.

This was such a great place to stay! The room was great, the buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious (7am-10am) and an 11am checkout. We enjoyed the pool and the waterslide. They even let us swim in the pool after we checked out. I would highly recommend this hotel as a great little getaway for a young family.
