Everything was great! Breakfast was nice to have to not go out! It was nice a quiet! The included toiletries were awesome and great quality, we went and purchased some to take home! They had complimentary cookies that were also great! Would stay again!

Clean room, beautiful property, the friendliest and most helpful staff. Great pool and adequate gym. A couple of things bothered us - poor wifi, hot water ran out by the end of the night, and lots of noise transfer from room above us and in the hallway. We’d stay again though.

This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel. The first 2 times we had a pleasant experience thus why we chose to stay here again this year. However this year we were quite disappointed with the quality & quantity of breakfast food. There are less choices & the food were either under cooked or over cooked. Front desk staff wasn’t so friendly either. They didn’t give us any instruction after we checked in like how to get to our room or pool & breakfast information. The beds were not that comfortable either so we ended up checking out a day earlier than we booked. Glady we were given a refund for the 1 day. Sorry to say next time we go to Canmore we won’t be returning here to stay.

Unfortunately, new construction is happening beside the hotel. We came out one morning to find our truck covered in dirt from the construction. This is by no means the fault of the hotel, I just wish we knew in advance so we didn’t park there. Otherwise, our room was wonderful, we felt we received great value for our stay.

We had a great stay! The kids especially loved the pool, and breakfast was perfect. The service was outstanding—Tina took such great care of us. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend!
