There were some issues that needed maintenance in the unit itself and some communication with the staff and confusion with the hotel policy which was addressed very effectively. The staff and the managers acknowledged the issues and had provided appropriate resolutions. The furnitures needed some upgrades as they are showing wear and tear through the years that the hotel has been operating since. But the cleanliness of the beddings plus the friendliness of the staff , housekeeping and managers make up for all the little things that you consider an issue. The full kitchen is complete with the things you need to make a meal. The invigorating hot tub is very pleasant during the cold nights ending the day with a relaxed feeling. These are the reasons that will make me come back to this same place in the Rockies. I would return to this property anytime I need a place to stay in Canmore.

My room was very cold. There was a large gap between the ac unit and the wall. The dresser drawers were broken and almost fell out onto the floor. My bathroom door was split and and did not close all the way. No way this room was worth $ 249.00 per night
