The view was spectacular! The room was spacious and tidy. We appreciated having a kitchen which was well stocked with supplies. The room was well heated but personally too hot for us overnight. Staff were very friendly and prompt if needed. The walls were very thin and when our neighbours spoke too loudly we could hear every word. We were very mindful of our own volume as we have a 3 year old and we didn’t want to be too noisy for our neighbours either. Overall we had a good stay.

The room was acceptable and generally clean. However, the bath towels had an unpleasant odor, which detracted from the overall experience and should be addressed immediately as a basic hospitality standard. The stay itself was average and met minimum expectations. To be candid, without the mountain view from the window, this would have rated closer to one star. The view was the primary value add and the saving grace of the stay. With better attention to linens and guest comfort, this property has room for improvement.

The staff was welcoming and the room was adequate for the cost of the stay. The tv was a challenge to set up as the Roku device was not set up and needed to be connected to the wifi and some finagling to get working. The room was tidied but not overly clean with hair in the bathroom from the last person. Overall it was a good place to stay as we weren’t spending much time in the room.

Room was pretty outdated and rundown, had no access to the hot tub despite getting our room key changed twice so that was annoying Also pet friendly but can’t let your pets on the furniture or leave your dog in the room unattended And no designated pet area for their business or to throw away poop You can also hear EVERYTHING and if it wasn’t for the gas fireplace the whole stay would have been freezing cold given that a portable ac was basically just a hole cut in the wall to the outside

Stayed at Creekside for an annual cross country ski camp, and it was a delight as always. Right on the trails, and easy access to the village. The kitchen is well appointed, and the water pressure and temperature are optimal.

The rooms are so rundown. Carpet is horrible, kitchen didn’t have much to bake or even cook with and the bathroom sink was a complete mess. The cold water tap could spin all the way around and the first night we have zero hot water. Called maintenance they told us everything was fine and then boom water is turned off. Temperature controls also didn’t work and the place was very hot and we are in the dead of winter
