Appartement bien situé
Appartement bien situé à 100m de la plage. Bonnes commodités.
A noter, lors de fortes chaleurs (Soleil qui donne sur le logement l’après-midi), une clim est présente mais il est obligatoire d’ouvrir une fenêtre pour l’utiliser. Donc la nuit, nous entendons toutes les nuisances sonores du quartier. Compliqué de passer une bonne nuit.

Super logement, très bien situer à côté de la mer et de tous les bus. Ventilateur et petite climatisation à disposition. Nous étiez 2 mais un lit en plus était à disposition. Petit bémol le carrelage de la salle de bain prend un peux l’eau

Bonjour
Suite à notre entrée dans la location.
Comme je l'ai indiqué à l'agence lors de notre arrivée, voici tous les points Positifs et négatifs de cet appartement.
Pour commencer le positif : la situation proche de la plage
LES NEGATIFS :
un ménage totalement bâclé : Les baies vitrées donnant sur la place (la femme de ménage n'avait pas d'outil a rallonge !) et les fenêtres arrières totalement sales et opaques, des Cheveux sur les lits et canapés, des poils et boulettes de poussière sous le canapé lit.
Poussière sur les meubles et les cadres et miroirs. Sable par terre et sol sale (pieds nus noirs). Toiles d'araignée s au plafond
BRUYANT pas de doubl Jusqu'à TARD LE SOIR ! Et le matin on entend les grues sur la plage.
Si on ferme les fenêtres on étouffe ( pas de double vitrage) ni clim.
S'il fait chaud dehors comme c'est le cas quand la baie vitrée est exposée ouest impossible de rester dans la pièce (40°) et obligé de fermer les rideaux, comme indiqué sur un post-it sur le frigo par la propriétaire.
A eux de mettre un store extérieur !
Des stores cassés dans l'arrière de l'appartement sans baguette pour les tourner
Aucun rideau occultant a l'arrière non plus alors que j'avais bien demande avant la location si c'était les cas.
Une cafetière brûlée et vieille, deux lampes de chevet avec abat-jour cassé et sales poussiereux
Des poêles pas plates donc ne chauffant pas correctement sur les plaques en fonte.
Aucun store extérieur (comme les voisins) qui permettraient d'avoir de l'ombre dans la cuisine sans avoir à s'enfermer avec des vieux rideaux pas à la bonne taille et non occultants pour la nuit.
Pas de climatisation, juste un appareil bruyant qui ventile sans le tuyau d'extraction de l'air chaud.
Pas de double vitrage qui protège du chaud et du froid. Et les radiateurs ne fonctionnent pas.
Un FRIGO BRUYANT JOUR ET NUIT et sans bouton de graduation donc surgivre ni de lumière non plus.
L'interphone ne fonctionnait pas.
Le boîtier de la TNT ne fonctionne pas.
Du mobilier inadéquat et trop de meubles pour un si petit espace.
Des dessus de lit tâchés.
Dans la salle de bain, la cuvette des toilettes est cassée et ne tient pas.
Les carrelages de la douche sont descellés du coup l'eau s'infiltre sous le carrelage et dans le mur (voir traces) fissure le long du mur. En bref MAL DIRMI ET RTRES MECONTENTE.
