Inside, you’ll find a bright, inviting layout with two king bedrooms, a double twin bedroom, and 2.5 bathrooms for plenty of comfort. In the primary suite, you’ll find two plush robes for added comfort. A downstairs flex space can be used as an office, yoga studio, or kids’ recreation room, making it perfect for families, groups, or even remote workers who want a change of scenery. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and the outdoor grill makes dining al fresco a breeze. After a day on the lake, rinse off in the outdoor shower before gathering together on the deck to share stories of the day.

Happy Laurie is stocked with extras to make your stay memorable, including paddleboards and bikes for guest use. The property is fully fenced, giving families peace of mind, and the home offers fast Wi-Fi for work or play.

We’re happy to welcome your four-legged friends at Happy Laurie! Dogs under 50 lbs are allowed, and with convenient doggie doors and a fully fenced backyard, your pup can feel right at home moving safely between indoors and out. With plenty of space to explore and relax, it’s the perfect spot for the whole family. A maximum of two (2) dogs are allowed unless approved by Management. And of course, owners are responsible for picking up after their pups—otherwise, we may have to charge a “bad dog” clean-up fee (and no one wants that).
