Well for starters we booked ocean front, didn’t get ocean front. I only had a 4 party group (two couples) so the extra bedrooms served no purpose. The suit was nice, however…I didn’t feel I receive the privacy (for what I paid) that I was looking for while on the balcony. I just want to add that the room was dusty in some places (bad allergies) and the robes for use in the closet had some kind of mold growing on it (not sure how to send a picture). Housekeeping needs to check these places and things on their daily duties. Also I’m a member of the Ihg and didn’t receive the member discount.

Room I was in had a light right outside window that made the room bright 24/7. Resort was easy to get around and clean. Close to Port Canaveral. It’s a cashless resort so that makes it handy but just a heads up that gratuity is automatically added to everything purchased.

The check in process is exhausting as you have to complete the process between two counters on opposite sides of the lobby, silly. There are no housekeeping services unless staying 10+ days. Otherwise the is nicely kept, reasonably quiet and pleasant.

Room smelled bad, water slide didn't open until 1pm when the pool opens at 8. Pizza oven was broken. No coffee unless you go to cafe which isn't open until 8. TVs in the room only had local channels and. I Netflix , Hulu etc.

The hotel and room was great except for the only restaurant on site. They force you to tip with a mandatory gratuity added to all bills. Had to wait along with other customers for over 15 minutes to get service. And the stars could work on customer service.
