FOR OUR POSSIBLE GUESTS IN THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER and December 2025 PLEASE READ: Royal Mansion Condominiums will be facing a pool and hot tub renovation, with the pool and hot tub amenity being out of service. CURRENTLY THE HEATER IS NOT WORKING TO HEAT THE POOL OR HOT TUB. Please send an inquiry for any questions since I want to make sure all questions are answered…The 2 private beach accesses are still available to you! Thank you for taking the time to read about our condo we named “Endless Summer”. It has been our beach retreat (even though we live close by) for 7 years, also sharing it with others! We rent short term exclusively through VRBO and also have a long term renter who enjoys the condo 3 months out of the year (reason why you will not see reviews February-April). I am onsite prior to every new reservation (reviewing and inspecting) making sure your stay is flawless! I also offer to do your grocery shopping for you (please confirm availability) and load into the condo refrigerator/cupboards for a small fee… wouldn’t that be great to just walk in and start your vacation! I am also a quick call/text away for any concern or question, so just let me know!

* twin daybed with twin trundle, 2 bamboo pillows in sunroom
* 43” smart TV in bedroom and living room. Cable/HBO provided. *Pack n play and small high chair available in walk through closet.
* Toy box for kiddos with a variety of fun. *The spa like bathroom is accessible from the main living area or master bedroom allowing for privacy.
* The walk in shower is tiled to allow for roll in ease of use with heavy duty grab bars
* Separate bathtub (heavy duty grab bars)
* Separate sink and vanity area with many drawers and hairdryer.
*Meals can be easily prepared for a party of 6 on granite countertops with flatware, Corelle dishes, outdoor plates, plastic dishes/cups for kids, cookware, crockpot, and a variety of cookie sheets, pizza and muffin pans.
*All appliances are stainless steel, full sized, including toaster oven, 12 cup thermos style coffee maker, and Keurig
* Samsung large capacity front load washer and dryer is located off the kitchen.
*The outdoor patio has four teak chairs with cushions and coffee table along with a storage container with all beach gear
* Two gated, private boardwalks to the beach are within feet of your front door.
*Beach/pool towels, 2 large boogie board, small cooler and plenty of sand toys provided in the storage bin
*The grounds of Royal Mansions is well maintained, located on a dead end street surrounded by live oaks and no thru traffic.
*Wild peacocks are frequently seen in the surrounding area.
* Jetty Park (1.5 miles)
* Cocoa Beach Pier (2.3 mile).
* Cruise Terminals (1.7 mile). *Old Town Cocoa Village (11 miles)

We had an excellent stay. Three phrases quickly come to mind that summarize the property and our host, Gretchen:1) Super-clean property. Everything was spotless and much of the unit looked like we were the first people to ever stay there.2) Thoughtful hospitality. From the kitchen stocked with spices, coffee and small snacks left for us, included beach chairs, toys and games for the family to use, no big checkout list to complete and more, it made us feel we like our host really cared about us and our stay.3) Great communication. Instructions were given early and were easy to follow.Overall, great stay and would totally come back again!

Steps to the beach, right next to the pool and close to ports/town! We are local about 2.5 hrs away and came into town for our daughter’s 12th birthday. She wanted to go to the Kennedy Space Center and Gretchen’s place was perfect for our quick trip.

Awesome property and very quiet. The jacuzzi wasn’t working but not the owners fault. Great view from the pool area with a covered area if you don’t want much sun. If you don’t like bamboo pillows make sure you bring your own. Owners kept us well informed with direct texting and not over bearing. You’ll enjoy your stay here and the residents are very friendly as well. The full size washer & dryer was very nice. Loved the walk in shower as well as a nice tub. My advice is go and vacation there because if you can’t relax here, you’re at the wrong location. I also loved it being less touristy.

Family fun in the sun!

Endless Summer was a great choice for our special family vacation. It offered us a convenient spot to recharge as a family in a comfortable spot right on the beach. Gretchen was a great host and the check-in and check-out process was simple and seamless. She even told us about a rocket lauch scheduled during our stay which turned out to be a highlight of our trip.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! It was immaculately clean—the kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, and it was clear the owner takes great pride in keeping the space in top shape. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from extra toothbrushes and floss to Band-Aids.There were plenty of bath towels and high-quality beach towels, along with beach chairs, boogie boards, and even a cooler—everything you need for a day by the ocean. The beds were super comfortable, and the linens felt fresh and soft. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials.The check-in process was smooth, the instructions were clear, and communication with the owner was easy and responsive. We truly felt at home from the moment we walked in.We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals over the years, and this one stands out for its cleanliness, organization, and thoughtful touches. We stayed at this property for my birthday and couldn't have asked for a better time! Host thought of everything! Property was very accommodating for my husband, kids and I and host went above and beyond to communicate with us and let us know events happening in thr area during our stay. The place was immaculately clean and the location was perfect with the pool and hot tub right there! Absolutely would stay here again!

Amazing Beach Condo!

Everything about this condo was amazing. The listing was accurate and every detail was thought of and taken care of. It was wonderful to drive right from the airport and have cold water and snacks. There are ample beach and bath towels and plenty of hooks to dry them. The place was spotless! Awesome beach gear and a short walk to the beach. Port Canaveral minutes away. Mcdonalds is about a mile away. The pier is easy to get to. We had planned to go to Kennedy Space Center on our full day here but the condo and beach were so nice we decided to save that for next time and just enjoy the pool and ocean. We will definitely be back and stay here on our next trip to Cocoa Beach.

Run, don't walk, to this ADORABLE condo!

This condo is exactly as described. It is cute, cozy, and, besides being right on the beach, includes so many other awesome amenities!The beds are comfortable & the coffee k-cups are stocked. It includes literally everything you need for the beach and the pool (which is also outside your door!) - chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys, & beach bag. The new, full-size washer & dryer was also an incredible bonus.The communication with the owner was top notch. Gretchen texted when we arrived to make sure everything was satisfactory and even extended our checkout time as much as possible without an additional fee. This was the best vrbo that we have ever stayed in due in large part to all of the "little things" she does ahead of time. We will be back to Cocoa Beach & we will stay here again! Thank you for everything!

Very nice condo right on the beach. It was clean and had everything we needed. We were only there for a few days for a wedding, but I wish I would have booked a couple extra to have more time there to relax. I have it saved on my list in case we have a future visit out that way!

Overnight stay to await cruise

We stayed overnight to be able to be at cruise port early. Condo was great! We were able to walk straight out to beach and there was beach gear in the condo! Made a perfect short stay! Everything was clean and comfortable, communication with property management was very convenient. We’ve already discussed coming back to stay a week and enjoy cocoa beach!
