Stayed here for the night for the purpose of catching my cruise next morning! The staff was okay not extremely impressed with the lack of smiles and true customer service no issues just no greeting other than when I walked in! Didn’t realize when I booked the room my parking was NOT included I didn’t park at this property for my cruise only the night I stayed… Not a huge deal it was close to $11 which isn’t horrible but it would have been nice to be told when I was asked if I was parking my vehicle there! I explained just for the night I’ve got reservations at a park & cruise! Also the incidental charge was ran 2 times no clue why just awaiting it to fall off!
