My experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The first room I was given reeked of urine throughout the entire space, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. I actually left the room cleaner than when I arrived—there was visible grime on the remotes, and the bathroom appeared neglected, with mildew in the shower. When I went to the front desk to request a new room and explained the odor issue, staff didn’t apologize or even acknowledge the concern. They simply handed me a new room key without any courtesy or concern. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better. While it didn’t smell like urine, it was still far from clean. The shower was filthy, the sink was missing a stopper, the couches looked dirty, and the lamps had noticeable rust and grime. We also found old, crusty towels stuffed above a shelving unit near the door, which was extremely unsettling. Overall, the hotel felt unsanitary and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here, as the conditions raise serious concerns about cleanliness and basic hospitality.

A no for me! 3 elevators and only 1 worked. Not a huge deal to some but from what I saw, most people were using the hotel pre and post cruising. This means lots of suitcases and stairs are hard. Not only were there tons of people trying to leave between 9-10, their employees use the elevators with their housekeeping carts at that hour. We waited 20 minutes for one. We also experienced little water pressure in the shower and only warm water. I overheard people outside saying they had the same experience with the shower. Check-in line at 4 pm was 10 people deep, with 1 employee checking in and the other being a concierge. Check in line was also for people paying for their items from the snack/convenience room. Couch was caved in and very uncomfortable. It was not an inexpensive suite so I was very unhappy with the stay and will not stay again!
