Nice bright, sunny studio unit in locked condo building.
Pros: Fabulous view of the ocean and surf (seawall, no beach). On boardwalk, great for walking, jogging, roller-blading, in interesting area. Unit is clean and comfortable. Fabulous restaurant next door.
Cons: Company that runs/owns (who knows?) unit does a terrible job at communicating how to access. (Disbelieve “check in desk open from 2 to 6.” There is no desk, no “in.”) Make sure you have complete access codes or instructions beforehand. Electronics weak: TV not functioning, wi-fi weak. Washer, no dryer. Like most Cape Town places, there’s no heat so bundle up in chilly winter mornings and evenings.
