Great room (spacious, clean, quiet) overlooking the square, fantastic staff (friendly, helpful, courteous), impressive breakfast (buffet and cooked), and ‘can’t be beaten’ location (in the heart of the V&A Waterfront, seconds from good restaurants and bars). Did not receive room reserved

I paid for a Mountain View room and received a room overlooking the plaza. A prior review noted the same issue and said the hotel required them to pay more for the room they originally reserved. Since this was the end of a hectic three week trip, I just wanted a room. The plaza side is VERY noisy and sleeping in or early may be difficult. Outside of the room issue, the room was clean with a large bathroom. Hotel is in a great location for walking around the waterfront.
