Staff were friendly, check-in and check-out was simple. Rooms were clean.

Best Western Plus Hotel Lord Forrest
outdated for the price you pay, we had our room sign up for 2 days and the room didn't get cleaned once, just came in and hung our used towels up and washed a couple of cups and left in the sink. won't be staying here again.
