Great location on Koombana Beach, walking distance to shops, cafes. Indoor pool was lovely. Bar and restaurant looked nice but we did not visit as so many restaurants in town. Rooms good size but tired and could do with a revamp. Kitchenette good to have. Room service was very average - did not change towels one day (on request, reception was quick to replace), no T-towel for dishes (again supplied on request). Staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. Overall good stay but housekeeping could be improved.

Loved our stay, staff were excellent and helpful, Saturday night in the restaurant with 12 members of my family, staff went above and beyond, ensuring we had an excellent night and nothing was too much trouble.
