Clean, cosy room. Good heating, comfy bed, tea and coffee supplies and very friendly and helpful receptionists and night staff. I would request a quiet room next time as ours was very noisy- overlooking one of the busiest streets in Cardiff. Also unfortunate that there are noisy, traffic calming measures right outside.

Bed was lovely and comfortable. Great location as 5 minutes walk from the train station. Only downside was shower waa not very powerful and would be nice if TVs were updated to Smart TVs but not a dealbreaker at the price.

This hotel is in a great local for everything. The owners are so helpful and friendly. It was my daughter’s birthday and they left a bottle of fizz and 6 glasses in her room. We had a perfect stay. It could do with an update but for a few nights stay it’s just perfect. We will definitely be back

Lovely stay here. The staff is terrific and the room had everything I needed. The street traffic can be a bit noisy in the evenings, but I found that it died down by 10:00 to 11:00 PM. My room faced the street, and the view was worth it. Though I did use earplugs at night, my sleep was just fine. Thank you for making my experience in Cardiff so pleasant!

This property was not well maintained. The room was disgusting- it had black mold and stains on the bedding. We could not stay there and had to find somewhere else to stay.

Disappointing inaccurate description

Hotel facilities were not as described. Web site said breakfast served daily but we arrived on a Tuesday to be told breakfast only available at weekends. Could not connect to wifi. No soap in toilet only shower gel in bathroom. Safety notice regarding hot water has taps wrongly labelled. If description had been accurate I would not have booked this hotel.
