This is a decent hotel, a short walk from the city centre. I had a premium room which was reasonably priced. What isn’t reasonable in any way, shape or form is £24 for overnight parking. If this was more obviously marked on Hotels.com, I would have booked somewhere else - instead I have to explain to my work why I paid such an extortionate amount to park my car. I would not use this hotel again while this is the cost of parking, as there is no valid reason I can give to my employer

Staff were very efficient and friendly. Room was very clean but a little dated with cracks on the bathroom floor tiles. We were 3 adults and had a very spacious room on the 8th floor. We parked at the hotel and it is worth mentioning that the fee is £24 and not £21 as advertised. The public areas are lovely and modern. Breakfast was plentiful.

Lovely stay. Room was beautiful and staff were very welcoming. Arpit at the Spa was very helpful by giving us a tour on the first day and remembering that my son couldn’t swim and provided him with floats. Thankyou

Big spacious room and nice bathroom. However, rooms could do with a freshen up. Carpet was horrible and stained. And there was a horrible smell in room. Heating didn’t work but there was a small electric heater. Could not park in the car park as no spaces left.

Lovely hotel and nice spacious rooms. It was an inconvenience that are room wasn't ready at 4:20pm when check-in is from 3pm and I was asked to confirm time of arrival in advance, which I did. I followed up to question it after my wife was informed there'd be a 20 minute or so wait as we had a table booked with friends. We were given a room then but it was decided for guests need special adaptations and not really ideal

The room was a great size very clean, great amenities. However the soap/shampoo bottles were empty and there as no heating on any of the bedrooms. We were given heaters however in January winter weather this didn't feel good enough for a hotel like this.
