This is a great location, walkable halfway between town and the Bay. We stayed in the terrace suite on the 5th floor, which has a balcony area with views over Cardiff. Lovely pool and good selection at breakfast. Car parking was £16 for 24 hours. Would definitely stay here again

The staff were great to deal with. Our bed was very comfortable and there was a good variety of foods at the breakfast buffet. And the staff were very accommodating when it came to refrigerating medication. Our room was unfortunately not as well presented as it should of been, but staff were quick to act. The building as a whole is tired looking in places and was not as good as we've come to expect from Novotel.
