The lovely flat, with exclusive access, of which the original furniture has been recovered and restored, belonged to a historic mayor of Carloforte.

The flat is a large open space of 50 square metres and is located on the first floor of a historic building with private access. It comprises a kitchen, dining room and sleeping area with walk-in wardrobe, bathroom with shower, a storage room and a galaia (balcony).
