We have stayed here four times now during our Legoland trips, and each experience has generally been great—until this time. Unfortunately, our visit was marred by some disruptive guests, specifically a sports team, whose parents failed to supervise them. The children were behaving recklessly, playing with the pool’s handicap chair, running and jumping into the pool unsafely, and even throwing a chair into the pool. When they approached me, I calmly asked them to settle down, reminding them that they were responsible for any damages. Their dismissive response was, "We do not care."
We ultimately left the pool area early due to their behavior and alerted the front desk. They assured us they would address the situation, but it was clear that no action was taken. These kids and adults continued to make noise well past midnight, playing loud music and disregarding the 10 PM pool closure and quiet hours. It felt as though the staff did not prioritize the experience of all guests, including those of us with children who were being respectful.
When we woke up the next morning, the pool and surrounding areas were left in a state of disarray. I truly felt for the cleaning crew who had to deal with the aftermath. This situation could have been handled much better, and it's disappointing that it wasn't.
