The house was nice but all the Ring cameras bothered me. I felt like I was being watched. It did smell like dogs when we first got there, but after opening the windows the smell went away. The bedroom smoke detector went off early on and smelled like something was burning. I contacted the owner and they responded right away. They offered to have someone come and check it out but we declined. It did start chirping overnight that night, but we reset it and it was fine. Other than all the Ring devices and not knowing what they were all for it was a nice house and net our needs.

The house was clean, comfortable, and overall, a very nice house, but could use some brighter lighting in the kitchen and master bath. We loved that a service was setup for streaming accounts to be logged out automatically upon checkout. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is beautiful, clean and very spacious. We enjoyed the back patio with with the table fire pit and games. We were out most of the time enjoying the area with shopping and of course going to see the bats at the caverns. We wanted to go in the caverns but all tickets were sold out by the time we got there. Our host was very prompt in answering any questions we had. We want to come back in October and stay again if this property is available then. We also went to Roswell and took lots of pictures as well. Thank you for giving us a beautiful place to stay while we were here. My daughter had most all pictures on her phone so I didn't get to post but two I had.

Graduation trip

We came into town to celebrate our nephew’s graduation. My husband had previously stayed at the location in February so we had no problem booking again.The home is in a quiet neighborhood and we had no problems checking in. It is a very spacious house and immaculate from top to bottom. There’s even an office that my husband could work from home during our stay. The house is well equipped with everything you need and if not, it’s not too far at all from stores and restaurants. The host was very communicative and easy to work with. We’d definitely stay again next time we’re in town!

Beautiful home!

We chose to stay in Carlsbad for our vacation to Guadeloupe National Park, Carlsbad Caverns, and Roswell. Our entire family was really pleased with this home and we were glad we booked it. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood within a short drive to anything in Carlsbad. The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!
