Bad Check in experience! I am on a local stay at various hotels including 2 Hiltons. Just before my trip I injured my back, so in booking I was adamant about getting a room with the best bath tub possible to ease the pain. I explained this to the very young lady at check-in. She looked at my room and said yes it had a bath tub. Even though I explained my reasons for a tub, she kept repeatedly saying “shower tub” and I kept saying it had to have a regular bath tub. But I took my luggage to the room and low and behold it was only a shower. I called her back and she wasn’t very helpful saying multiple times the hotel had no tubs, even though I showed her a picture of the bathroom I’d reserved. I asked to talk to someone else and she finally found me a room with a tub. Extremely frustrating experience with an ill-informed employee. Bad start to a trip!
