A charming house freshly renovated and surrounded by gardens inside a privacy fence is the perfect hideaway in Carmel-by-the-Sea on a quiet tree-lined street a 10 minute walk to town. All one-level inside, the house has a pleasant flow and thoughtful layout.
Living Spaces The light filled 800 square- foot 2-bedroom, 2-bath home features a front deck and a large garden. Big windows and a high ceiling give it a spacious ambiance. There is art for your pleasure in all the rooms. There are two living rooms: One near the kitchen has a couch and two footrest/ dining trays, and faces the wall mounted TV. The other is a study or reading area with a couch that can become a twin bed and a comfortable chair with footrest.
Kitchen and Dining Here is some information about the kitchen should you decide to eat in: It has a refrigerator, dishwasher, large pantry closet and gas stove. It is well-equipped with pots, pans and dishes you may need to prepare meals to enjoy at the adjacent dining table that easily seats four. The sink looks out on the lovely garden so cleaning up is a pleasure. Well-equipped for extended stays!
