Recently updated, "Atlantis" is a cozy upper home that offers convenient access to the beach, Carolina Beach Boardwalk, and the famous Tiki Bar. The public beach access is directly across the street from this property and guests will enjoy the convenience of the nearby Veggie Wagon that has fresh local produce, fresh fruits, vegetables, snacks, premade meals to take to the beach, and island roast organic coffee.

The upper-level unit of this home features of 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms. The updated living area features an open concept great room which works wonderfully for gathering the family together. The renovated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, and a spacious island with bar seating. The kitchen table seats six people and adjoins to the open living room which offers plenty of space to relax or enjoy your favorite movie. There is a Full-size sofa bed that allows the living room to double as an additional sleeping area for larger families.

There is a covered, street-side porch complete with chairs, side tables, and rockers - a perfect for relaxing! The primary bedroom features a comfortable King-size bed and private bathroom. There are two additional guest bedrooms that are furnished with Queen beds. Each bedroom has a TV so that you can spread out and catch up on your favorite shows.

Carolina Beach is located on the southeastern tip of North Carolina, on picturesque Pleasure Island. This family-friendly beach is perfect for surfing, fishing and collecting seashells. "Atlantis" is just six blocks south of the Boardwalk area in downtown Carolina Beach. You are within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the summer activities such as fireworks on the beach each Thursday, carnival rides and live music at the Boardwalk, weekly outdoor movies and farmer's market at the Lake. Stay Requirements: Minimum three night stay in summer and 2 nights in cooler weather.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Full Sofa Bed.
Parking: Parking for two vehicles with required passes.
Prohibited: Smoking.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking if not selected at checkout and added at a later time.
Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located to view the parking area.  
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
