Our stay was fine. We just needed a quick place to stay on our journey. Check in was easy and friendly. Room was fine for what it is. Only complaints are the bathroom did not appear to be cleaned as there were multiple hairs on the counter, and the strong fragrance in the hallway. Luckily you couldn’t smell it in the room. I think it was a deodorizer for the carpets.

All was good except there’s no room service every day, when I asked for room service because they didn’t clean the room that day, they said they don’t have any houses cleaning and they will do it tomorrow for me which was the day that I was leaving.

It was very handy to downtown Carson City - walkable. The room looked like it last received an update in 1970. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast would be hard to describe as "full". Could use yogurt and a real waffle machine, not just toaster waffles.

I love the personnel how they make you feel like home. Parking wise you have to be back early otherwise you have to park on the street but don’t worry it’s safe to park as well.

It’s a great place to stay nice and quiet. The only bad thing is that if you go out and come back late you might not find a parking spot but you can always park on the street and it’s very safe as well.
