Updated and nice. Very smoky

Very nice rooms and good food in restaurant. However casino smoke is strong in the hotel lobby and halls. Room smelled ok. Hot tub and pool are seasonal and were closed. Breakfast requires you to eat at the restaurant which we did not have time for. I’d prefer to go options.

The smoke from the casino flows down the 1st floor hotel hallways. Absolutely NO insulation. You can hear EVERYTHING: showers, toilets, doors, conversations, alarms. They revamped the decor and lobby but forgot to block out the noise.

Charged room cleaning service fee for two days when there was a letter there would be no room cleaning until the third day of service stay and only when requested. We did not request so why the charge? Also worst pillows ever encountered in any hotel

The staff were very friendly except one of the late night front desk employees. She was rude. The room was clean the only problem was that we had a non smoking room that smelled like smoke very bad. We all woke up with sore throats and smelling of cigarette smoke. The whole building needs better ventilation to clear out the very strong cigarette smoke smell.

The food is good

The food and service at the restraunts was good. Check in was simple. The room and beds were clean.The bed was firm, with foam topper. The walls are very thin, you can hear people on all sides and they weren't very loud. There's a large gap under and around the door, the light from the hallway was bright. The shower was nice, but the water did not get really hot. The casino staff and security must deal with a lot of badly behaved people because they were very uptight, but were nice enough. Parking lot had plenty of parking, the vehicle didn't get damaged, well lit in most areas.

After reading some of the reviews, I was preparing for an interesting stay, however, this hotel far exceeded my expectations! The rooms are very clean, staff is very friendly, there's plenty to do within the property. My wife was on a work trip and I stayed in the hotel with my daughter and there was never a day where we did not have something to do. There's a bowling alley, there's an arcade, there's an affordable restaurant on site that has really good options, walking distance to a lot of stores, Casino, bar, etc. Overall I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Stay away from nightmares! We stayed one night with family and the night was a nightmare. - Very thin walls with neighbors, - all the smoke from casino is coming in the room. - we had free parking for our 24’motor home security came to check the motorhome once and we told them that we have a hotel room, my husband stayed in the R.V. for security. 2:30 am some security came and nocking for 20 minutes on the door and climbed on the R.V. to see if there is anyone inside. Crazy people.

Front desk was great, restaurant service and quality was great. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to everyone looking for a great hotel. It’s perfect size and rooms are brand new. No smell of cigarettes in rooms or hallways.

Great Hotel!

I was so pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is! A nice renovation is underway, but it did not affect my stay! The room was spacious, and included a microwave, refrigerator, and glass shower doors! Checking in and checking out was a breeze and the staff was very nice!
