Excellent minus the smoke!

Everything about the hotel was perfect minus the cigarette smoke. I told my husband management must be doing the right thing because every staff member seemed so happy to be there. Everything was really clean in our room, and in common areas. My only complaint was the cigarette smoke but that comes with the territory when you’re staying in a casino in Nevada.

The room and facilities are very nice. The room that we stayed in was recently updated very nicely. We liked the beautiful bathroom with plenty of soap and shampoo in convenient pumps. We like the new artwork of local areas.

The property was nice and safe, was pretty clean, what I didn’t like was the I had requested a handicap room and did not get one. Would also be nice if they had let us know that you had to request the rooms to be cleaned.

At check in there was women manding the desk and was overwhelmed with calls and people checking in. I had to wait until she was ready to check me in to the hotel. She claimed that I had to wait so she could review her emails. Other than that the stay was great nice spacious room big shower.
