Ermita was convenient and clean. The staff was professional and kind. The breakfast was sooooo good. It is a pretty short walk to old town.

Great value!

We had a wonderful stay, very clean, delicious breakfast, Sebastian at the front desk was very helpful for our transfer to our next hotel, great value for price. It’s a few minutes walking outside walled city and they offer a shuttle service into walled city if you don’t want to walk. Taxis are plenty and not expensive. My only issue which is a pet peeve of mine is that we arrived at 4pm, 1 hour past check in and our room wasn’t ready but upon a bit of insistance we only waited about 10mins.

Friendly staff. Underwhelming property and location. As windows = bad view of ocean. Room smelled terrible - mold, urine, not sure. Couldn't get a different room. Pretty disgusting.
