The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and has been finished with tasteful, high-quality furnishings throughout. The upper floor features a bright and welcoming living and dining area complete with a dining table, which opens directly onto a partly roofed terrace offering marvellous views of the sea. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds, making the layout well suited to a variety of guest combinations. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, and a freezer, integrating seamlessly with the living and dining space. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning to ensure comfort during warmer months, as well as electric heating available in select rooms.
