The space
Brand New home at Cayey, PR.
-Located in the mountains of Cayey very close to the city (7-10 mins driving) and Cayey’s best restaurants.

Enjoy the peace and privacy of cayey’s rural area while also having cayey’s urban areas very close to you! Only 7 mins from highway and city! You need a car to move around, uber is NOT accessible in the area. The house is about 40 minutes from San Juan, the Int. Airport and Old San Juan and about 1.5 hours from El Yunque.

House is a small 2 story building with an AMAZING view from every part of the house. It has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.

In the second floor we have 2 bedrooms , master room has a king sized bed and a whole bathroom , second room has a full sized bed. In the first floor we have equipped Kitchen with stove, fridge, air fryer, microwave and coffee maker. We also have in the first floor the dining room, family and 1/2 bathroom . We have tv in each room and in the dining room as well as a/c in both rooms, kitchen and living room. We also have Bose sound system, pool , garden, outdoor patio furniture, fire pit, outdoor table, private parking and wifi.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

SECURITY CAMERAS: Video surveillance cameras are installed in the entrance of the property, the parking and pool area .


POOL MAINTENANCE: The pool man may pass by during your stay to clean the pool. If you have any inconvenience with this and don’t wish to have maintenance during your stay please let us know so we can rearrange his visit.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Sleeps 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The second room has a full sized bed and a queen sized air mattress.

LOCATION:
La Casita Negra is perfectly located in the mountains, the rural area of Cayey and 7 minutes away from the highway and city. We have great restaurants nearby, bakery, gas stations, pharmacies,Walmart, mall, theaters and fast foods 7-10 mins driving distance. We are about 45 mins driving from San Juan PR , the airport, el viejo San Juan , San Juan beaches, condado, Isla verde and many other places to visit.
Other things to note
POOL MAINTENANCE may pass by to clean during your stay. If you have any inconvenience with that please notify us so that we can postpone pool maintenance until your checkout.

CHECK IN: strongly suggest your check in time is while there is still daylight since it is easier to find any place you visit for the first time .

Additional rules

Smoke ONLY outdoors $300 fee if violated.
Please don’t sit wet on the indoor furnitures.
Damaged and stained towels and linens will be charged.

Late checkout will also have penalties. If you wish to extend your stay you must ask us if it is an option . It will depend if we have upcoming guest that day or not.

More than 6 guests are not allowed and will result in extra fees .

Additional requests
Please close the curtains and leave everything as it was when it arrived . Beds and furniture located instead. Pull out and throw food out of your fridge.
