During my stay, I was awakened twice in the middle of the night because my room was so cold. When I asked the person at the front desk if the thermostat is locked on a specific temperature because I can’t increase the temperature in my room, I was told that the heating system is very weird and then given instructions on how to increase the temperature of my room, 2 degrees at a time, waiting in between each temperature increase. I tried this recommended approach and it did not work. The room stayed at the same cold temperature. Also, my room only had one remote for two tvs in separate rooms and it didn’t work. When I told the person at the front desk that I needed two remotes, he reached down and pulled a new one out of a drawer and gave it to me. So then I still only had one remote for two tvs in separate rooms.

Our coffee maker did not work - No coffee in the lobby - front desk at 6:00 could have cared less - Sink in the room clogged - we like this property and stay when we drive from Colorado to California - it’s clean and nice! However, these things need to be checked and make sure all offered products are in working order.

Truculent check-in staff. Very noisy room. Should have better sound insulation since right next to I15 Complimentary breakfast was non existent. No coffee in lobby. Very limited parking spaces. First and last time staying at this property. Other CCity motels are a better option.
