The bathroom in our room was teeny, but it was clean. Also when we were in the bathroom we could hear the people next door. But the bed was comfortable and they had real steel-cut oatmeal (not packets) which was quite delicious.

The hotel was a mess but the walking path they have behind the hotel was great. Amazing views. I had to move rooms due to a high pitched noise from the toilet…then I got put next to a group of kids/teens that were hollering and slamming doors until around midnight. Cleanliness of the rooms could have been better.

When we got to our room it had not been cleaned, but they gave us an upgrade : ) The room was very nice, but it appeared that the bathroom floor had not been cleaned as there were items on the floor(clear bands of some sort) & under the freestanding sink cabinet it was really dirty and another one of those clear bands. I didn't dare use the coffee pot as the lid to the water reservoir was open & the coffee packs & condiment packs were folded & shoved standing up inside the water reservoir. Other than those items the room was very comfortable & the Breakfast area & Breakfast was excellent, along with the excellent Service : )

I can not say enough about how wonderful the staff is at this La Quinta! I wish I would have gotten names. There was an unexpected snow storm that had many travelers concerned about traveling. The staff was not only informative and accommodating to me, but I listened to how they treated everyone. Bravo! Basic kind customer service is unfortunately rare, but not here. From check in to check out!!
