We arrived around 10pm and the check-in lady was busy with a phone call that took a few minutes. But she was very nice and took good care of us. Our room was very spacious and the bed was comfy. Breakfast had oatmeal and fruit for me and eggs and waffles for my son. Would happily return.

Best value in Cedar City. I had to ask for more towels, and they did not refresh supplies or clean the room after the 1st night. The beds seem to be comfortable and the room looked clean.

Super bummed when we checked in. hotel is right off the highway which was fine but seemed to be in a sketchier area of town. we were told the pool was closed even though it was high 70s and advertised online as being open. the ‘breakfast’ was mediocre at best, the dining room was dirty and chaotic. the room was fine, beds firm, the ring of dust everywhere was lovely. was hoping by booking ramada we were getting a little better of a stay than a la quinta or motel 6 but not by much.

Bed bugs!!!!!!

Found bed bugs in our bed was then moved to a downgraded room in the middle of the night. Had to go outside to access the room with a sleeping toddler and the manager said they would call me and they never did. All in all would give negative 5 stars if i could. Will never go there again.
