Located in Cedar Point, with a view of the intercoastal. Boat and pet friendly with approval and a non refundable pet fee. Downtown swansboro is 1.5 miles, boat landing is half a mile and Emerald Isle is 2.5 miles for feet in the sand. Rent jet skis(.7 miles) or kayaks(1.1 miles) This is a spacious house with 3-bedrooms, large yard with a fenced in area and carport. Fully equipped kitchen with all you need! 2 king bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 double beds. 2 full bathrooms, one with a large lighted vanity mirror. Laundry room. Living area and an additional casual space. Keyless and keyed entry. Beautiful neighborhood to take a stroll along the waterway.

Gas and charcoal grills, air fryer, microwave, kcup and pot coffee makers, coffee grinder, 2 blenders, nutribullet, mixer, can opener, toaster, electric griddle, steam pots, crock pots, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, 2 floor fans and ceiling fans in every room.

The host watched us and micromanaged the entire time. The bathroom door had to be slammed for it to lock and the pocket door in the downstairs bedroom did not close correctly. Not only that but after we left we were scolded about the amount of trash that was left when there was never anything mentioned about a trash limit prior to. The host left 2, yes 2 pages of rules and we followed each one and she had the audacity to message me about trash.

Host communication is was quickly responsive. It was a very nice place, clean. Upstairs wasn’t as cool as downstairs, that didn’t hinder our stay. Accommodation was very convenient to the beach as well as other offsite amenities. We did bring a dog and the pet area was nicely fenced in and contained, there was a lot of room for our dog to run & play. Outside sitting area outback was also well maintained and covered.
