Checking in was great altho when we got to our room there was no remote control had to wait about 20 min for them to bring me the remote. Also I could not believe they didn't have a blow dryer! Called to see if they had a blow dryer I could borrow, unfortunately they could not find it and I was told housekeeping didn't get in until 9 am which I could not wait for.

No hot water at all. The toilet kept running. Sofa and chair in room were very worn. Fabric was patchy. They are remodeling however. Coffee was awful. No coffee flavor just like having hot water.

Check in was a little hassled. Prayed for Teri rooms but was told only had one room reserved even as I showed them my paid receipt. Second room was for a friend and FINALLY after searching their name they found serving reservation. Since reservations were paid from same card they should have been able to find under the one name

Pleasant stay

The front desk staff were always helpful, and I appreciated having a workout facility. The breakfast was as expected- eggs, bacon, oatmeal, fruit, juices. They didn’t have any yogurt or decaf coffee. The hotel is being remodeled, but all went smoothly and I’d stay again.

Very Disappointed

This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. TV did not work due to not having any cable or live stream services. Room was dirty. Refrigerator smelled like a rat had died in it. We were there for 2 days and we never saw housekeeping anywere in the Hotel. We had to ask for clean towels and empty are on trash cans. Ice machine was not working.Someone entered are room while we were away and went threw are bags. Thank God we returned before they were able to take anything.
