"The access to the front door was walking from the road, that was uphill from the cabin, down a big boulder..no steps to get down to the cabin. it had a futon that looked 30 yrs worn, no padding in the cushion. the steps up to the beds were extremely steep and dangerous.. no back boards on the steps, ..."
