Our cozy dining area seats six and is perfect for both intimate family dinners and friendly gatherings. Located right next to the kitchen, it offers a smooth transition from cooking to enjoying your meals.

In the living room, you’ll find a beautifully comfortable sofa, ideal for unwinding with a good book or enjoying a TV show. Please note, the fireplace is not functional.

Minimum booking age is 25

- We conduct additional guest screening outside the booking platform. Booking your stay acknowledges this. We, along with our third-party SafelyStay, Inc., will screen your identity and check criminal databases. Full terms are on their website. Expect an email to complete screening within 3 days of booking. Check spam if you don't receive it and contact us with questions.

- Unexpected circumstances can arise - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing traveler's insurance.

- Guests are required to sign the 5-Star Co-Host property rental agreement, which includes the house rules.

- No Pets Allowed

- Saltwater Pool ONLY open from Memorial Day weekend to September 15th. No refunds are given for the pool not being available outside of those dates.
