Dear Jennifer, We are very sorry you found our help unsuited to your needs. As explained, we cannot modify or cancel third party reservations: in this case, the one done by the third party website and which them themselves failed to cancel. As they contacted us twice, we immediately urged them to cancel your reservation since you did send them an e-mail, and if they didn't within the appropriate time frame you would be charged for it. And we even offered you to waive the cancellation fees under certain circumstances (and we did) because we realized this was a mistake of the third party that would impact you directly. We did all possible to amend the situation within our means, but unfortunately we cannot control the third party website's not cancelling your reservation when you e-mailed them or their customer service. Again we apologise if we did not meet your standards and will work to improve our guest relations.
