In the hollow of a magnificent landscaped setting of hilly bocage, literally enchanting. Superb landscapes & panorama. Quiet residential hamlet adjoining the typical village of Tourny (referenced 11th century Romanesque church, to visit on site) nestled in the heart of the Arconce valley. Spacious gîte with good comfort. Complete quality equipment. Warm country character combined with a careful heritage renovation (terracotta tiles, fireplace head, French ceilings, lintels… original). Very charming. Pleasant and cozy. Large exposed terrace. Large, well-kept garden, open to the surrounding countryside, with a beautiful swimming pool (8x4m), a pleasant orchard and a play area for children (swing). Absolut traumhaft!

Ein alter Hof aus dem 18. Jahrhundert mit zwei Ferienhäusern. Es ist traumhaft ruhig und man ist ganz für sich. Der Pool ist groß genug für zwei Familien und das ganze Anwesen, es gibt einen riesigen Garten, sehr gepflegt! Die Kommunikation war leicht und problemlos. Parken kann man auf dem Grundstück und in die nächste Stadt mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Wer Ruhe sucht und sich an der schönen Landschaft erfreuen möchte, ist hier absolut richtig!
