Nikolioudis Villa Wine is a luxury two levelled villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can easily accommodate up to 10 guests. The ground floor of the villa boasts the large living room, the dining area, the first bedroom, the first bathroom and the kitchen. All decorated in a minimal sense with modern touches. The upper level boasts the rest 3 bedrooms and the 3 full en-suite bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have double beds and the last bedroom has 2 single beds. The single beds can be converted and used as a double bed. All of the bedrooms have stunning view and large balconies.
From the main living area, large patio doors lead out to the open sun terraces that surround the beautifully designed private pool of 40 sqm.
