Several issues during check-in, the room was in bad condition and service in all restaraunts was terrible. Staff members eventually helped me to resolve the problems.

Rooms are big but the carpet is quite smelly and dirty. Bed not too bad. Towels provided are rubbish. Location is good for getting around but a sketchy area.

spacious rooms, close to shopping outlet and food places, shuttle bus to places, lazy river was fun, pool was good, and many things to do at the hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable

Amazing hotel with amazing facilities. Some of the onsite stores and restaurants are fairly pricey for a travelling family, however the room quality and other facilities are first-class.
