We had a fantastic stay with an ocean side view. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive, even calling the room once we had settled in to ensure everything was in order. We used the spa and pool facilities during our stay which were luxurious. Breakfast was amazing with all produce extremely fresh. Location wise it was easy to visit multiple restaurants in St Helier and the bus stop was conveniently located outside to easily visit neighbouring towns. My wife and I had a truly amazing stay and the attentive staff made all the difference. Would definitely come back.

Main bed very comfortable sofa bed not so. There was food down the sides of the bedside tables and the bathroom was a little tired but the service from the staff was impeccable. To the concierge, reception and the outside waiting staff to the lovely breakfast lady. A credit to the hotel.

When we arrived we were greeted by Paul who was friendly and Professional. The room was clean and fully stocked with water, Tea/Coffee/Biscuits/Milk, perfectly located at the front which was Sea View. The Breakfast- unbelievable- Pastries/Cereal/Full Breakfast/Fresh Fruits. Restaurant- Reasonably price Champagne Bar Restaurant as well as an outdoor restaurant/bar. The staff were amazing- each and every one. Would highly recommend this Hotel. Outstanding.

5* Luxury

Wonderful experience for our Ruby anniversary celebration. Cracking location overlooking the beach and close to the centre of St Helier. 5* service and luxury. The Tasilli restaurant is superb.
