One of Folly's Best! This 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is the perfect relaxation retreat! From the comfortable beds to the stainless steel kitchen appliances and granite counter tops to the relaxing daybed swing on the private balcony everything is top notch. The views from this 2nd floor condo are awe-inspiring from sun up till sun down. Watch the dolphins play in the waves throughout the day and the beautiful lights twinkle on the pier at night. This property is sure to make your vacation extra-memorable! Your two private parking spaces are only a few steps away from the conveniently located elevator that takes you directly to your front door. Here you are only a half block away from the fun and funky downtown Folly area. You are close enough to soak in the best of Folly! 2 Perfect allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. At Least It's on the Beach

We were really disappointed with our stay. The construction of the unit was shotty, and there was no drawers in the bedrooms for clothes. The patio is nice, but the neighbors were noisy, so there wasn't much privacy. For the cost of this rental, we were not pleased.

One of the best VRBO’s we’ve experienced!

Loved the balcony! We spent a lot of time out there watching the surf and sunrises. Sunset viewing is just a short walk out on the pier. Beautifully decorated, the most comfortable beds and pillows, very clean throughout. Had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Frozen at the Beach

Property was awesome ! The only issue was that I was not able to control the temp. Temperature was kept very low for moisture control. At times we froze, (especially) at night and early morning when thermostat temp was deliberately dropped. This may not be an issue in the middle of Summer, however, in Sept it was.

We loved our short vacation at this wonderful condo. The only thing I did not like was that even though there was no one checking out on the day we arrived, we could not check in a little early (1 hour) without paying $114. Also, if you are not out by 10 am you will have to pay $114 as well. Even if no one is checking in that day. I checked. The condo was well stocked and adorable and very clean. We loved it!! I live in Charleston and I love to vacation at Folly.

2 Perfect was almost perfect

My family and I stayed here five nights this January. We loved it! The living room sofa was the perfect place to relax and catch up on the family. The balcony was wonderful and the girls loved the swing. So close to the Main Street in Folly Beach and right on the beach. Location was great! Only small minus had to do with the TV in the third bedroom - it had a parental control PIN on many of the channels. I called the rental company but the issue was never addressed. This was no biggie just a minor irritant. Overall, we would definitely come back!

Great location, very warm home like feeling the moment you arrive. The view is a million dollar one as are the naps on the balcony. The ease to visit the shops and restaurants could not be easier and Bert’s is a stone throw away. We can’t wait to come back ! Highly recommend staying at Perfect 2 ❤️

Amazing Views, condo, and location

The condo was clean, available for us when we arrived. Access was super easy and convenient with a code as we got in late at night. We enjoyed the ocean waves crashing and the sunrises and sunsets from our balcony. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed for coffee and supplies that we bought at the grocery store, the location was in walking distance of everything you needed on the beach and off. It was a wonderful time spent for eight days at Folly. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

First time to Folly Beach. Quick 2-night stay to peruse the area for potential longer stay in Fall or Spring.
