Located on the 1st floor of a historic Charleston single home built in the late 1800s, the rental overlooks candy-colored historic homes that dot the neighborhood & provides a true Charleston experience for guests. Walkable to MUSC, CofC, King Street’s most popular retail and restaurants, & more.
The Space:
The building has been fully renovated and was completed in spring 2017. Measuring just under 500 square feet, the apartment offers one bedroom featuring premium bedding and a full bathroom with shower. Thoughtful care has been put into crafting a clean and efficient space that offers all of the amenities of a boutique hotel (bath products, high-end towels and linens, hair dryers, iron, wi-fi, premium TV channels, etc.) with the added convenience of a full, chef-ready kitchen, washer/dryer, and a classic Charleston single-style porch for enjoying the nearly year-round comfortable temperatures Charleston offers its visitors.

Off-street parking for one car is provided free of charge. Any additional parking is $20 a day per car.

There are also great niche restaurants closer than King Street. Pick the experience - fine dining to relaxed outdoor dining, it is here. Since Cannon Street (and Spring Street) are the only legal areas in the city to host short term rentals in Charleston, you will be in good company here.
