Open concept living space with high ceilings. A large kitchen, dining table for 6, and living room create the perfect place for gathering. A half bathroom and stacked washer/dryer complete the 1st floor. A porch with a pair of rocking chairs overlooks Felix & Cannon St.



🏡 2nd Floor :

1 King bedroom & 1 Queen bedroom share a jack and jill bathroom, plus a balcony with a pair of rocking chairs.



🏡 3rd Floor :

Primary Suite - King bedroom and private ensuite bathroom complete with a double sink vanity, shower, and separate bath tub. Opens to the private rooftop deck with rocking chairs and wicker seating.



Guest Access:

• Guests have access to entire home including the private rooftop deck.



• The house has an electronic door lock and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Parking for 1 vehicle is provided in our private driveway.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable areas in Charleston. It is just three blocks from Upper King Street, where some of the world's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions.

We had an amazing stay in Charleston. Tom and Hannah were fabulous hosts. They ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. The home was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect just a few blocks off King street so we were able to walk to shopping and great restaurants. Off street parking was a bonus. I highly recommend this listing and thank Tom and Hannah for a great stay.

This property was clean, well equipped, and in a great location relative Charleston sites and restaurants. We walked to almost everything. The floor plan and furnishings make for a comfortable stay and were very accurately depicted in the listing. The host were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Everything worked as it should and we did not have any issues. Great place to stay and we highly recommend it.

This property was absolutely gorgeous and just perfect for our trip to Charleston! Very clean with a beautiful atmosphere in just the right location with easy walking access to King Street and fabulous restaurants all around. With three gorgeous bedrooms and the roof top deck—you can’t go wrong here! The hosts are so friendly and accommodating they made us feel so comfortable and right at home. We highly recommend the Rose Getaway! We can’t wait to return!!

Perfect place to stay in Charleston! We visit frequently and usually stay in a hotel near the Battery, but we had a friend join us, so we decided to get a house. The location was FANTASTIC; we were able to walk almost everywhere, and the property itself was immaculate. Having a private parking spot was an added bonus. Will definitely stay again.
