Kim was amazing! Homemade breakfast casseroles every morning, fresh fruit, amazing happy hour! She makes you feel like you’re family. We used the complimentary bikes and rode them on the beach into town to see the Christmas Parade. Perfect weekend! Thank you Kim.

This place was such a find. It’s tucked away on the Marshland where you can see dolphins swimming right from your window! The staff was absolutely phenomenal, from housekeeping to the front desk individuals who greet you at the door. Rooms were clean and beautiful with nice fireplaces and large decks. I can’t say enough good things about this location, it’s staff, and my experience there. Highly recommend.

The place was amazing. We stayed here after our wedding as a mini honeymoon and was exactly what we needed. Check in was super easy and they had homemade food and drinks waiting for us when we checked in. The room was perfect, had everything we were looking for and breakfast was really good. Beautiful sunsets over the water from the upper terrace. Lisa provided wonderful breakfasts and happy hour wine and apps. We were also provided with beach chairs and towels for our day at the beach.

Our stay at the Regatta Inn was absolutely wonderful! The room was lovely and had a beautiful view of the water – the sunset was just breathtaking. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. We could easily borrow beach chairs and towels, and there were always some cookies and fruit-infused water available. A perfect spot for a relaxing stay on Folly Beach!

It’s a very quaint & quiet bed & breakfast with the nicest accommodating staff. Bikes, corn hole, fishing off pier, watching dolphins play off our screened in patio- everything we desired. We must visit again and stay longer than 3 days.
