Charlestown hotels & accommodation with pools

I didn’t use this hotel i accidentally booked through expedia it didn’t have the location of the country and after i booked i realized it’s a different country less than 5 minutes reached out to cancel the booking but they refused.. very unhappy with the customer service

Fantastic views over Newcastle and South Newcastle beaches. Check in/out was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was provided at no extra cost. The rooms are extremely well maintained and serviced. Was the second time in 2 weeks we’ve stayed there. The property is close to restaurants along the Harbourside.

Total diamond in the rough - the niceness to price ratio is amazing. Plus it just has those extra little comforts and style points that make it a pleasant stay e.g. modern decor, nice soaps, comfy beds, your own parking space, easy key pick up and return. I've stayed here a couple times and definitely will again next time I'm in the area.
