Nightmare experience!!We booked the stay in advance of starting our travel. Along the way, we made sure to reach out to make contact and say that we were on our way.After more than four hours of driving, we arrived only to find out that there was no available room in the entire property.There was an event happening in Charlotte, so there were no other rooms in the city.We had to drive back four hours that night!
