I get it’s under construction, but it smelled horrible, the blinds wouldn’t shut, and you could see mold in the window seal. I would avoid staying here

The rooms are very clean, and the hotel offers free breakfast and a complimentary shuttle service. The staff are friendly, and I appreciated the complimentary coffee and fresh fruit available in the lobby. Overall, the price is excellent for the value provided.

The staff was great and super helpful as I was traveling in the middle of a snow storm and was stuck in Charlotte. The hotel needs a lot of attention as everything was dingy (room's curtains were visibly dirty) and all of lobby, elevators and breakfast area need to be deep cleaned. The shower water never got hotter than lukewarm, the tub drain was broken, and all of the grout/caulk of the bathroom was dirty or in need of replacement.

We were grateful to be able to get a hotel room however we were not aware that the hotel was under renovation and it really shows. Like for instance, I have a cracked storm window an the drapes are filthy. The couches are very linty, cracking walls but it was a place to stay during the winter snowstorm
