Did know that the pool was under construction and I booked less than a month before my trip. They didn’t have the free breakfast. You had to pay a fee just to have your car parked there even though you are staying there which I think is crazy. No feee WiFi and the rooms are dirty I would stay away for there.

Quick layover stay

We had a one night layover stay as we waited for our flight the next day. The airport shuttle was prompt and a quick ride. The hotel restaurant was open late which was a huge help and the staff were incredibly friendly.

Stayed here for one night after driving from VA for early morning flight the next day. Hotel and room were nice. Bed was a little hard for my liking. Toilet hardly flushed. Called the front desk and told them it probably needed to be plunged. They said they were sending someone up, but never came. The toilet also moved as you sat down. Water gets hot in the shower, but no water pressure. They also charge $12 for parking which is ridiculous. I wouldn't have stayed here if I saw this. It's just a surface lot.

Well we checked in here after being told by another the pool was closed indefinitely. Was told the pool was not open but would be during our stay. The pool was torn up and wasn't worked on until we checked out. The first room they put us in was flooded. Btw next to the gym so that's closed ..the breakfast was coffee because they must be trying to push the restaurant. The staff was awesome. Went out of there way got us in a new room great

I like everything about the property even it was a short stay. Great customer support services and very friendly people. I would like to thank them for having me last night and keeping my room for me after being delayed a couple of times. The only thing I wasn’t aware about the check out policy that I had to leave by 11:00am. When I booked it nobody asked me for the check out time information. I will definitely recommend Doubletree by Hilton to a friend and family.

I checked in for my room after a delayed flight, arriving at 2am for my reservation. I was then showed to a room in the basement that had recently been flooded. The carpet was so wet that you could audibly hear the water when you stepped on it. They said it was the only room available and I said I couldn't stay there. NOW they are not offering a refund even when the front desk said it would get refunded. DO NOT GO HERE!

Called for the shuttle and was completely shut down. Told they do not offer shuttle service to “regular” hotel guests!!!!
