We arrived at the airport and waited for the shuttle bus for almost one hour. We called the hotel and were told it was another 20 minutes away. We ended up taking an Uber. The hotel front staff told us it was Expedia’s fault, as we were supposed to call them to send the shuttle, and Expedia never updated the website. We asked for a shuttle to take us to the airport. We were told the bus does not leave that early, and we have to pay for an Uber. This one night cost us an extra 40 US dollars, and the hotel blamed it all on Expedia.

Nice hotel, but food is expensive

It was a last minute stay due to flight cancellation. We tried to get the shuttle at the airport, but it was full and it was going to be at least 1/2 hour wait for another one. It was late, so we took a taxi instead. When we got to the hotel, it was a little after 11pm and we were starving. The restaurant was closed but they had a mini market next to the lobby with frozen entrees and ramen (plus some snacks). It was VERY expensive. We bought a a couple of frozen pot pies and ramen and brought it up to the room. Turned out there was no microwave in the room, so I had to go back down to the lobby and use the microwave in the mini-mart. I also had to ask for utensils and napkins. The staff was helpful, but I felt like I was being a pain. They had breakfast at the restaurant, but it wasn't included in the rate. It was $20 for a mediocre buffet. The hotel was nice, but it cost more than I expected.

The establishment and staff was very welcoming. The room was pretty large and clean. The bathroom however had a leak and the towels that was placed under the sink counter for me to use ended up being soaked from. Everything was wonderful, except front desk staff. 2 different guys. None of them smiled, not even once. When I spoke or tried to lighten mood, they wouldn't even look me in my eyes. They made me uncomfortable and I felt unwelcomed. Housekeeping was very sweet though.

To no fault of the hotel I wouldn't recommend walking past the stoplight nearby. Saw a few panhandlers at the stoplight nearby at both sides. Daytime I think is ok but I'd be careful after dark. The hotel itself is pretty good though.

It was in an area with several restaurants within walking distance. My room smelled like a pack of cigarettes. I didnt mention it to the staff but i felt like they would have tried to accommodate me. I was just in a rush to get to an event. The bed was comfy, and staff were nice, room was clean.

Unprofessional to check in I had to wait three hours 3 they never gave me bottles of water that were given out. Room was horrible not organized and not clean enough.
