My experience was great I had an early flight so I was able to check in early without any additional charges. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They had an excellent spread for breakfast even though I just got coffee, the room had a kitchen so I prepared my own breakfast. Overall I give this establishment five stars and I would stay again!

It could have been better, it was clean and comfy, not really many food choices for breakfast. The only bad thing was the refrigerator, my food spoiled after someone came and clicked a button in the room and it still wasn’t cold

Employees parked illegally in the drop off point not allowing anyone to easily park to check in and drop off baggage. Breakfast was a disaster. One window to order food, 15 people in line, previous persons order needed to be complete in order for next person to order. Food consisted of: black bananas, bagels (no cream cheese), microwave bacon, eggs to order (except scrambled because “I don’t have time to crack and scramble eggs”), and silver dollar pancakes. Room was comfortable and clean, bed was comfy, TV was legit, and the staff was friendly.

What a great stay! 1st time visiting Carolina. Wanted somewhere close to Bank of American Stadium as I was attending the Panther’s game. It was less than a 10 minute walk. Lots of great bars and shops and entertainment close by within walking distance. The staff was amazing. So friendly, helpful with suggestions where to go and things to visit. “Hello” “good morning” “welcome back” everytime I came in and left the lobby. Breakfast was perfect way to start the morning and the staff was equally friendly. Amazing stay, will definitely try to stay here again for my next Panther’s home game! From Canada to Carolina!

The hotel is stylish and has an amazing staff that makes your experience even more memorable. It is located near restaurants and shopping areas. The check in and checkout process is very simple and has a knowledgeable and professional staff that provides information of the city. The room is very clean, spacious and well equipped with kitchen utensils to cook. The breakfast is delicious and servers are very efficient. We have a wonderful stay at the hotel!
