Clean room , breakfast options were kinda not good besides the oatmeal and waffles. The coffe was the worst and no caffeine free options. Friendly staff . Would return despite the breakfast .

Charlotte Airport canceled all flights. The entire hotel was booked with tired people who were at the airport all day. The staff was absolutely amazing the entire stay. They were quick with checking us all in as fast as they could. The hotel was clean and rooms were nice. The next morning for breakfast they kept the food full the entire time. Thank you for all you did to help us!!

Hotel is sad - feels like a low rent hotel. Airport van was not available - even though staff confirmed that they had one. We had to Uber there from the airport and then back again. So much waiting - for hours the van was “coming.” Same on departure from hotel - we even waited an hour there and the van that was coming never came.

My stay was very nice, room was clean and the staff was pleasant. My only dislike was there was no body wash in the soap dispenser, the hand soap bar and the toiletries were minimal and cheap. The soap bar was so small it was used up after 1 day and the toilet paper was so thin you literally had to use an excessive amount. If you invest in better quality products you would save more money because you wouldn’t have to replace it as often. Just my two cents. Overall my stay was a very good experience.
