First of all, this the second time we said we are not going to stay with Hilton anymore and we did and I promise u will be the last time Second, Housekeeping didn’t clean the room right and than we called the front desk and the bar to bring us clean glass cup they never did, I had to go down to bar and grab 2 glass

Small things but paid for upgraded room with lake view Got a great view of the AC units, Room 615. Could see the lake off to side but it was not as shown in photos. Asked for another room but sold out and since I booked through Expedia not much to do. No vending and they were out of water. Forgot a couple toiletries, they don’t offer toiletry items Walkable to restaurants and nice area.

The staff were very helpful with questions we had about transportation to PNC Arena. We had access to the executive lounge and found the view to be wonderful. Towels and amenities in the bathroom were great. The only fault we found with the room was the coffee that went with the coffee maker. It was not that good. Overall we had no complaints.

Rebecca to the Rescue at Hilton University Place

Rebecca at the front desk is truly exceptional! I had some issues over a few days, and she went above and beyond to ensure my next room was perfect. She genuinely made up for the lost sleep and inconvenience caused by the toilet, sink, and missed room service. Rebecca was incredibly pleasant and attentive, making me feel valued and never rushed. She's the main reason I chose to extend my stay with Hilton. She's a tremendous asset, and I'm so glad she's the first person I encounter when I arrive. Because of Rebecca, I have rated this so much higher.

Overnight stay for concert

Stayed one night for the Rod Stewart concert at PNC. Close to venue. Close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was very pretty and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a safe area. We would definitely stay again.
