My Executive suite was not an executive suite. It looked like a regular room w/ a king bed in it and ordinary amenities. I am really disappointed and I didn't have access to the Executive Lounge b/c it is being remodeled. I just really expected better quality. The bed and pillows were soft and slept really good. The staff were very very kind. I really expected more out of my first stay experience in an Executive suite.

The staff was great and very friendly; however, the room itself was disappointing. We were placed in a handicap-accessible unit with a very small shower and a shower curtain, which was not ideal. The bigger issue was that the shower drain was clogged. Within seconds of turning on the water, there was over an inch of standing water around our ankles. I reported this immediately and was told maintenance would be coming, but from check-in to check-out, no one ever came to address the issue. Additionally, we were charged twice for the room and are still waiting for the second charge to be refunded.

Nice hotel. My only complaint is that the bathroom was the tinniest hotel bathroom I've ever seen. I was visiting this hotel with my husband and it was nearly impossible for us both to use the space at the same time.
