The hairdryer's plug was broken, we called down at 8am, and nothing came. I went down to the front desk and talked with them, and the women texted to get a hair dryer to the room ASAP.... Never arrived. I dropped my fiance at her sons graduation, came back and packed up, and when I checked out at Noon, we still did not have a replacement hair dryer to use.... Anyone with the hotel could have gone to an empty room, and brought us a different one.... Total failure of customer service :-(

We had a one night stay. We were not at the hotel a lot due to the event we were attending. I did notice the room service trays were not picked up from the rooms in the hallway from the time we checked in at 4pm until the time we checked out at 11am the next day. They were stacked on the table in the entry hallway. Our room was very clean. There were a few stains on the carpet near the window but the hotel appears to be under some renovations so they maybe resolved soon.
